Reporting To The Storm Water Services Construction And Utilities Division Manager, The Senior Utilities Coordination Manager Will Oversee Stormwater Utility Coordination Staff Members As Well As Utility Coordination Consultants, Assist In The Management Of The Construction And Utilities Division, Lead All Activities Within The Utility Coordination Relocation And Management Process From Start To Finish To Accommodate Stormwater Projects. This Includes Process Improvement, Contract Development, Short And Long-term Resource Planning, Employee Mentoring And Training, And Other Projects As Assigned. This Position Is The Primary Contact Responsible For Coordinating And Prioritizing Utility Coordination Activities With All Internal And External Stakeholders. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION Prefer A Bachelor’s Degree In Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Or A Related Field. Minimum Of Twelve (12) Years Of Experience In Utility Coordination And Horizontal Construction Industry With A Minimum Of Five (5) Years Direct Public Or Private Work Experience In Storm Drainage, Utility Coordination, And Roadway Construction. Experience With Private Utilities, Water Line, And Sanitary Sewer Construction Is A Plus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s Degree And Ten (10) Years Of Related Storm Drainage, Utility Coordination, And Site Construction Experience Or Equivalent Combination Of Education, Work Experience, And Relevant Industry/job Specific Knowledge, Skills, And/or Certifications May Be Considered.
